Vintage desk lamp with directional shade

Beautiful vintage desk lamp from the 1950s. The lamp has a brass base with a red lacquered metal shade. The lamp can easily be adjusted. Has some traces of use consistent with its age such as some patina on the brass and some paint wear (see photos). Despite the traces of use, the lamp is still in good vintage condition.
